Shipping Policy

We typically ship via Fedex Ground, UPS, or USPS within 3-5 working days of receipt of your orders.
International orders are shipped via Fedex International Priority or USPS Global Priority.
A shipping surcharge is added at the point of checkout for certain international locations.
For expedited shipping or special preferences on delivery methods, please contact us at orders@azokacompany.com for details.
Depending on the destination, orders under $50.00 may incur an additional handling fee of $10.00. You will be advised by email in advance if this is the case and it will be billed as a second charge to the original credit card at the time your order is shipped.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. We will replace or refund damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory merchandise within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days we may replace or repair at our discretion. Returned items must be in original resalable condition. Due to health regulations we cannot accept return on textiles that have been placed in use in classrooms. If necessary, please contact us at orders@azokacompany.com for return instructions and an authorization number.

Our newly revised and updated Time Line 20"x 112" (4 panels control and 4 panels mute, a total of eight) on poster paper with pre-cut pictures and labels on card stock. This set is laminated. Limited time offer.

Our completely updated Time Line of Life Complete Set 2010 laminated and with full support materials is under preparation for shipping the last week of July and will be available in both mural and panel style. Purchasers of the special edition may easily align panels for laminating if they choose to create a mural style. Support materials for the full edition of the will be available separately as an upgrade kit.
