Shipping Policy

We typically ship via Fedex Ground, UPS, or USPS within 3-5 working days of receipt of your orders.
International orders are shipped via Fedex International Priority or USPS Global Priority.
A shipping surcharge is added at the point of checkout for certain international locations.
For expedited shipping or special preferences on delivery methods, please contact us at orders@azokacompany.com for details.
Depending on the destination, orders under $50.00 may incur an additional handling fee of $10.00. You will be advised by email in advance if this is the case and it will be billed as a second charge to the original credit card at the time your order is shipped.

Returns
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. We will replace or refund damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory merchandise within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days we may replace or repair at our discrection. Returned items must be in original resalable condition. Due to health regulations we cannot accept return on textiles that have been placed in use in classrooms. If necessary, please contact us at orders@azokacompany.com for return instructions and an authorization number.

- Click the Allow button, and then the OK button.
- Click the OK button.
Enabling Cookies in Mozilla or Firefox
- Click Tools in the menu bar of your browser and select Options.
- Click the Privacy section, with the lock icon.
- Expand the Cookies section by clicking the plus sign.
- Click the Exceptions button.
- Type "http://www.azokacompany.com/" into the text box labeled Address of Web site.
- Click on the Allow button, and then on the OK button.

Enabling Cookies in Netscape

Enabling Cookies in Safari
- Click on Safari in the menu bar then select Preferences
- Click the Security section, with the lock icon.
- In this box are the Accept Cookies choices.
- Choose either "Always" or "Only from sites you navigate to." The latter is probably the best choice.
- Click on the close button [red X] in the top left-hand corner of the box.
- If you select the "Only from sites you navigate to" option, you may have to re-enter "http://www.azokacompany.com/" in the address bar of the browser, before the cookie will be setup.
