WARRANTY and REFUNDS: Azoka products are guaranteed against defects in craftsmanship and are classroom tested. Textile products are handcrafted items custom made for us. Any unsatisfactory product may be returned within 30 days of receipt in its original condition for a full refund of purchase price. Due to health regulations, textile items which have been in use in classrooms may not be returned. Please check your merchandise upon receipt and contact us immediately with any questions.

RETURN INFORMATION: Return authorization is required and a shipping address may be obtained by contacting orders@azokacompany.com. Returns cannot be accepted at our Greenland address.
